Academic Calendar is prepared at the institution level by Dean, Academics, incorporating the starting date of instruction, Schedules for conducting Mid-term examinations, slots for conducting Parent-teachers meeting, Schedules for conducting Semester End Examinations etc. with due approval from College Academic Council.

Detailed Academic Schedules
Detailed Academic Schedule is prepared by the department every semester, taking the Academic Calendar prepared at the institutional level as a reference. In the detailed academic schedule, plan for conducting various academic activities such as FDPs, Faculty Meetings, Course Coordinator Meetings, Class Teacher Meetings, Program Assessment Committee Meetings, Group Head Meetings, Industrial Visits, Student Workshops, Students' feedback through CRC, TLP feedback etc.
